Denmark has been our second favourite country to visit so far. It has been a mix of old and new, with the waterways, older colourful buildings and beautiful architecture mixed with art museums, modern art installations and displays and various green initiatives to enable the country to become more environmentally friendly.

 

Whilst Copenhagen was the best city of the 3 we visited, Aarhus was our favourite. We loved staying near the farms in Odder and the colourful houses in Aarhus old town. Aarhus was also a lot quieter than Copenhagen and we were more able to roam freely.

Denmark is a nice country to visit with friendly people, many dog friendly places and great hot chocolate!
